Complaints procedure

It is important that we are made aware of any problems, no matter how small, in order to get them resolved as soon as possible. We can investigate the issue, enabling us to avoid a similar reoccurrence. Where possible, please make us aware of your concerns whilst you are still on our premises. We will handle your complaint confidentially and it will have no influence on your treatment.
